故事讲述了何洛（雷皓翔 饰）一直会梦到陈经年（田峻彰 饰）和一些与自己原本无关的事情。苏嘉宜（王游方 饰）因为表白沈陆生（陈清奇 饰）被拒绝后和何洛签订情侣契约，无意间发现了何洛一直想要守护的秘密而被何洛意外杀害。沈陆生希望通过医生专家江瀚（苏劲源 饰）来帮助何洛恢复记忆，却没有想到江瀚使用了自己研制的药物计划，让陈经年重新活成了何洛。何洛通过和沈陆生的接触最终发现原来自己就是陈经年，是当初陈经年发生火灾后失去了记忆和原本的样貌。
