刚刚从南美返回德国的凯泽和哈里森，接到了驶往西非的任务。由于哈里森的拒绝，凯泽只得独自前往。不久后，西非某小国爆发内战，全面封锁，凯泽，威索克和船员们都被困在了西非。哈里森无奈只好前去搭救。然而到达西非后，哈里森并未遇到前来与他接头的人员，于是被迫与几名雇佣兵为伍，以非法手段穿越了边界。到达当地后，哈里森与叛军头目接洽，设法接手轮船，并救出了凯泽。不料叛军却另有打算，企图利用哈里森的轮船，运送军火和伤员。正当哈里森启程返回之时，几名雇佣兵却再次出现在船上，劫持了轮船。哈里森腹背受敌，处境极其危险，他如何摆脱劫匪成功返航呢？机智的船长哈里森这次面临了前所未有的挑战……
